The above is an average price range of what your flowers will cost, but because the price of flowers varies so much, depending on flower variety, color, and even the time of year, it is best if we can visit, preferably in person, so I know exactly what flowers you need, and how many. From there I will check with my supplier for current flower prices and send you a proposal of what your wedding flowers will cost.

About the Wedding Flower Process
Step 1: Schedule a consultation today
Once you have scheduled, We will Meet together, either in person, over a phone call or zoom. We will review your floral options in detail. We’ll discuss your theme, colors, flower choices, arrangements styles, and logistics of your big day. We will also talk about budget. After calculating all your needs and I will send you a flower proposal that will outline all the details of you florals including all expenses.
Step 2: I’ll work my flower magic
After you have signed your contract,
I will then carefully select, order, process and arrange your wedding flowers with precision and artistry. Ensuring every bouquet, centerpiece, arch arrangement, boutonniere, and corsage reflects your unique vision and love story.
Step 3: Wedding day delivery and set up
On your wedding day, your flowers will be delivered to your ceremony and venue, beautifully arranged and ready to enhance your special day. I’ll ensure everything is perfect for your wedding celebration.

Each wedding is different and unique in many ways, so is the price. I can give you a price range of what your flowers will cost, but because the price of flowers varies so much, depending on flower variety, color, and even the time of year, it is best if we can visit, preferably in person, so I know exactly what flowers you need, and how many. From there I will check with my supplier for current flower prices.
Price of flowers- Every flower is priced differently. Will you be using luxury blooms like peonies, garden roses, dahlias, ranunculus or orchids? These flowers are examples of flowers that come with a higher price.
Time of Year- During certain times of the year like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Memorial Day the price of flowers increase.
Renting or Buying- Will you be renting items from my inventory? Or will I need to purchase new items to allow guests to take home the flowers?
Amount of Flowers- Is your order minimal with just a few items? Or is it going to be a wedding with many floral arrangements?
The location of your wedding- Is your wedding in Cache Valley Utah or will the flowers need to be delivered out of town?
There are so many factors that contribute to the cost of your floral designs. I take the time and have the knowledge to ensure that I can make your dreams into a reality. Educating yourself, and being open-minded when it comes to the coat, and design options when meeting with your florist is super beneficial. There’s no such thing as a bad budget, just a realistic budget. My job is to help you navigate how you can utilize your budget in the best way.
The average cost of Wedding Florals is usually anywhere between $250 and $5,000+
3 to 6 months before the wedding is usually when brides start meeting with their florist. We can visit months before the wedding, or a few weeks before. If you are okay with what the supplier has on hand you can always order a few days before.
The consultation- 3-6 months before the wedding
Meet and discuss your vision, theme, and floral preferences. We’ll review inspiration photos, color palettes, and budget to start planning your dream arrangements.
Design proposal and details- Soon after the consultation
I will go over everything we discussed in our consultation, reach out to my suppliers and write up a floral plan. Including specific flowers, arrangement styles, and logistics. I will write everything out and send you a proposal with all the details including the final price.
This is the time to make any adjustments or updates to the original plan. You will then let me know if you want me to send over the wedding contract. After signing the contract and paying the $200 deposit (which goes toward the total price of your wedding flowers). Your wedding date will be reserved.
Preparation and arrangements- week of the wedding
The flowers are carefully sourced, prepared, and arranged to perfection. Every detail is thoughtfully handled to ensure the arrangements reflect your unique vision.
Delivery and setup- wedding day
Your florals are delivered and set up at the venue, ensuring everything looks stunning and is ready to enhance your special day.

Yes I have a $250 minimum. This is the average cost of a Wedding bouquet. Payment in full is due one month before the wedding. If you order flowers and it’s less than one month away, then payment in full is due at the time of ordering.
Yes! I have been a florist for 25+ years, I can let you know what flowers come in what colors and what season they are available! I’m also pretty good at color tinting!
Orders can be cancelled three weeks before the event.
We can talk over the phone, text, email, FaceTime or Zoom if you can’t meet with me in person.
Yes, I love when I have pictures to look at when I’m designing.
I have a wide variety of vases and centerpieces you are welcome to use.
Yes! I love to design the flowers on the cake.

Tricia did the bouquets and boutonnieres for my wedding and they were absolutely gorgeous! It was an unforgettable day made so much better with beautiful flowers. When looking for a florist we looked at a few different places, but the way Tricia handled things and gave suggestions on the best flowers to use was by far the best. She can also preserve your flowers in resin as some accessories or decorations.
