Venue Location
Delivery, setup, and travel are also considered. Weddings in Cache Valley may have different delivery costs than venues elsewhere in Utah.

I recommend booking your wedding flowers 3 to 6 months before your wedding, especially if you're getting married during the busy spring, summer, or fall wedding season. Popular dates can fill quickly, and I take a limited number of weddings each season so I can give every couple the attention they deserve.

If your wedding is farther out, I'd still love to chat! Planning early gives us plenty of time to discuss your vision, explore flower options, and create a floral design that fits your style and budget.

Custom Proposal

After our meeting, I'll review everything we discussed, check flower availability with my suppliers, and create a personalized floral proposal.

Your proposal will include:

- A detailed list of your floral designs
- Flower recommendations
- Rental items (if applicable)
- Estimated pricing
- Your total investment

You'll have time to review everything and make any changes before moving forward.

Reserve Your Wedding Date

Once you're happy with your proposal, I'll send over your wedding contract. A $200 non-refundable retainer secures your wedding date and is applied toward the total cost of your wedding flowers.

Your flowers are carefully ordered, conditioned, and designed by hand to ensure they are as fresh and beautiful as possible. Every bouquet and arrangement is created specifically for your wedding and thoughtfully prepared with attention to every detail.

Delivery & Setup

I'll deliver your flowers to your venue and take care of the setup, so everything is in place before your guests arrive. My goal is to ensure your flowers look exactly as you envisioned, allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment of your special day.

After Your Wedding
Preserve Your Bouquet Forever

If you've chosen flower preservation, simply leave your bouquet with me after your wedding (or ship it within 48 hours if you're outside the area). I'll begin the preservation process so your wedding flowers can become a lasting keepsake you'll treasure for years to come.

Yes. I have a $250 minimum order for wedding and event flowers. This is approximately the cost of a bridal bouquet and helps ensure I can provide the personalized design, quality flowers, and attention to detail that every client deserves.

To reserve your wedding date, a $200 non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required. Your retainer is applied toward the total cost of your wedding flowers.

Final payment is due one month before your wedding. This allows me to place your flower orders with my supplier and begin preparing for your wedding day.

If your wedding is less than one month away when you book, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Because every floral order is custom designed specifically for your wedding, booking early helps ensure the best flower availability and gives us plenty of time to finalize every detail.

Need to make changes? Minor adjustments can usually be made up until your final payment is due, depending on flower availability.

I understand that sometimes plans change, and I'll always do my best to work with you whenever possible.

A $200 non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to reserve your wedding date. This retainer secures your place on my calendar and covers the time spent planning your wedding, designing your custom floral proposal, and preparing for your event. The retainer is applied toward the total cost of your wedding flowers.

Wedding flower orders may be canceled up to three weeks before your wedding date. If you cancel more than three weeks before your wedding, any payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer will be refunded.

Unfortunately, cancellations made within three weeks of your wedding may not eligible for a refund. By this time, flowers and supplies have typically been ordered, and work has already begun on your custom floral designs. Because each wedding is unique and flowers are purchased specifically for your event, these costs cannot be recovered.

If unexpected circumstances arise, please contact me as soon as possible. Open communication allows us to discuss your options, and I'll always do my best to help whenever I can.

Absolutely! In fact, many of my couples come to me with a color palette, a few inspiration photos, and a general style, but they don't know the names of the flowers they want. That's where I come in.

Don't worry! It's very common for couples to fall in love with a flower they've seen on Pinterest or Instagram, only to discover it isn't in season or is unavailable for their wedding date. Fortunately, that doesn't mean you have to give up the look you love.

Many substitute flowers are nearly identical in appearance, allowing us to create the same romantic, elegant, or whimsical feel while staying within your budget.

Minor changes can typically be made up until your final payment is due, (one month before the wedding) provided the flowers and supplies have not already been ordered. Once your flowers have been purchased from my wholesalers, changes may be limited due to availability and the custom nature of your order.

Yes! I have a wide variety of cylinder vases, bud vases, compotes, pedestals, battery powered candles, lanterns, welcome sign, and other décor items available to rent for your wedding or event. Renting décor is often a great way to create a beautiful, cohesive look while staying within your budget.

During your consultation, I'll help you choose rental pieces that complement your floral designs, venue, and wedding style. Whether you're envisioning a classic, romantic, modern, or rustic celebration, we'll select pieces that bring your vision to life.

If you already have your own vases or décor that you'd like to incorporate, I'm happy to work with those as well.

Your wedding flowers don't have to be enjoyed for just one part of your day! Many ceremony arrangements can be repurposed for your reception, allowing you to get the most out of your floral investment.

During your consultation, we'll discuss opportunities to reuse your flowers in different areas of your venue. Depending on your floral designs and timeline, ceremony flowers can often be moved to your reception to decorate:
