Pressed flower preservation creates a beautiful, flat keepsake. The flowers are carefully taken apart, pressed and dried, then color corrected as needed and thoughtfully arranged in a frame that can be displayed on your wall.
Resin flower preservation allows your flowers to remain three-dimensional and look as close as possible to your original bouquet or arrangement. I carefully dry the flowers in silica gel to help retain their shape, size, and color before arranging them in crystal-clear resin. The finished piece can be displayed on a table, shelf, or other special place in your home.
Both are beautiful ways to preserve meaningful flowers, the biggest difference is whether you prefer the flat, framed look of pressed flowers or the 3D dimensional look of flowers preserved in resin.
Yes! I offer both custom wedding floral design and flower preservation, which means you can work with one trusted professional from your initial floral planning through your finished keepsake.
When I create your wedding flowers, I can design with preservation in mind, helping you choose flowers that not only look beautiful on your wedding day but are also well suited for the preservation pieces you're considering.
After your celebration, your bouquet can come directly back to me for preservation, eliminating the need to find a separate preservation artist or coordinate getting your flowers to another business.
It's a simple, seamless way to take your flowers from wedding day to lasting keepsake.

Absolutely. Flowers from a funeral or celebration of life can hold so much meaning, and preserving them can create a beautiful reminder of someone you love.
I can preserve flowers from casket sprays, standing arrangements, sympathy arrangements, or other memorial flowers and transform them into custom resin keepsakes for you and your family. Multiple pieces can also be created from the same flowers, allowing family members to each have something meaningful to remember their loved one by.
If I am also creating the fresh funeral flowers, I can thoughtfully plan the arrangements with preservation in mind from the very beginning. If your flowers were created by another florist, you're welcome to bring them to me locally or ship them to me for preservation.
Yes! You do not need to live in Utah to have your flowers preserved. I accept wedding bouquets, memorial flowers, and other meaningful flowers from clients throughout the United States.
For the best preservation results, I recommend shipping your flowers as soon as possible after your event. You'll receive detailed packing and shipping instructions so you know exactly how to safely prepare your flowers for their journey to me.
Once your flowers arrive, I'll begin the preservation process and keep you updated along the way. When your custom keepsake is finished, it can be carefully packaged and shipped back to you.

I highly recommend reserving your flower preservation before your wedding or event whenever possible. I accept a limited number of preservation orders so I can give each bouquet and keepsake the time and attention it deserves. Booking ahead reserves space for your flowers and also gives us time to plan which preservation pieces you'd like.
If your wedding, funeral, or special event has already happened, don't worry, it may not be too late! Contact me as soon as possible. If I have availability, I'll help you get your flowers to me quickly so the preservation process can begin.
For the best results, I recommend getting fresh flowers to me within 24–48 hours of your event whenever possible.
Flower preservation pricing depends on the size and style of the keepsake you choose, the number of pieces you'd like, and any personalized details you'd like included. Because every preservation order is unique, you can choose the options that best fit your flowers, vision, and budget.
To make planning easier, I've created an interactive Flower Preservation Plan & Price Calculator where you can explore preservation options, select different pieces and quantities, and get an estimated total before you book.
Whether you're preserving a wedding bouquet, memorial flowers, or flowers from another meaningful occasion, I'm happy to help you decide which keepsakes will work best with your flowers and budget.
The sooner I receive your flowers, the better! Within 24–48 hours after your wedding, funeral, or event is ideal. The fresher your flowers are when they arrive, the better they are likely to look after drying and preservation.
If you're local to Cache Valley, Utah, I recommend arranging to drop off your flowers as soon as possible after your event. If you're shipping your flowers to me from anywhere in the U.S., plan ahead so they can be carefully packaged and shipped promptly after your event.
I also recommend choosing a trusted friend or family member ahead of time to be responsible for getting your flowers to me. That's one less thing for you to worry about after your wedding or memorial service.
Keep your flowers cool, hydrated, and handled as little as possible until you can get them to me. Keep the stems in fresh water whenever possible and avoid extreme heat, freezing temperatures, direct sunlight, and leaving the flowers in a hot vehicle.
Flower petals bruise easily, so handle your bouquet or arrangement gently and avoid touching the petals unnecessarily. If you're preserving your wedding bouquet, I also recommend not using it for the bouquet toss, ask your florist about using a separate toss bouquet instead.
The fresher your flowers are when I receive them, the better chance I have of preserving their shape and color beautifully.
Absolutely! If you're located in Logan, Cache Valley, or the surrounding Northern Utah area, you're welcome to arrange a local drop-off for your wedding, funeral, or other meaningful flowers.
I recommend arranging your drop-off ahead of time so I know when to expect your flowers and can begin the preservation process as quickly as possible. Local pickup may also be available for an additional fee depending on your location and my availability.
Once your preservation is complete, local pickup of your finished keepsake is also available.
No! Please send your flowers fresh whenever possible. I will professionally dry them for you using silica gel, which helps preserve their natural shape, size, and color before they are placed in resin.
There is no need to dry your flowers yourself before sending them. In fact, I prefer to handle the drying process so I can prepare each flower specifically for preservation and achieve the best results possible.
If your flowers are already dried, don't worry, I may still be able to preserve them. Contact me before sending them, and I'll be happy to take a look at their condition and let you know what may be possible.
I provide detailed packing instructions to help your flowers arrive as safely and fresh as possible. Because flowers are delicate and shipping is handled by a third-party carrier, I cannot guarantee their condition during transit.
If your flowers arrive with some damage, don't panic! I will carefully evaluate them and use as many of the best-preserved blooms as possible when creating your keepsake. In some cases, I may also be able to source replacement flowers to complement your originals while still incorporating the meaningful flowers from your bouquet or arrangement.
For added protection during transit, you may also choose to purchase shipping insurance through your carrier.
It depends on the number and size of the keepsakes you'd like me to create. If you're preserving one piece, your bridal bouquet will usually provide plenty of flowers.
If you're ordering several preservation pieces, I may recommend sending additional flowers from bridesmaid bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony arrangements, or other wedding florals. Having extra flowers also gives me more options when selecting the blooms that have preserved the best.
Not sure how many flowers you'll need? Once I know which preservation pieces you're interested in, I can help you decide what and how much to send.
Absolutely! Depending on the number, size, and condition of your flowers, I can often create several keepsakes from one wedding bouquet, memorial arrangement, or collection of meaningful flowers.
Your flowers can be divided among different pieces, such as a larger resin display, ring holder, ornament, jewelry, tie bar, or other smaller keepsakes. This is especially meaningful for families who would like to share memorial flowers among loved ones or couples who would like several keepsakes from their wedding flowers.
If you're unsure whether you have enough flowers for everything you'd like, I'll help you choose the sizes and pieces that will make the best use of the flowers you have.
Absolutely! If you've been holding onto meaningful flowers from a wedding, funeral, anniversary, or another special occasion, I may still be able to preserve them in resin—even if they were dried months or years ago.
Previously dried flowers will look different from flowers that I professionally dry in silica gel. Air-dried flowers often have deeper, more muted colors and may have changed in shape or texture over time. I currently do not color-correct previously air-dried flowers, so they will be preserved with their existing appearance.
As long as you're happy with how your flowers currently look and they are in suitable condition for preservation, I can work with them. Resin can also help protect delicate dried flowers from everyday handling, dust, and further physical damage.
Before sending older or previously dried flowers, please contact me with a few photos so I can evaluate their condition and discuss what may be possible.
Don't worry, if you no longer have the original flowers from your wedding, memorial, or other special occasion, I may still be able to create a meaningful preservation piece for you.
Because I'm also a professional florist, I can often recreate your bouquet or arrangement using the same or similar flowers and colors based on photographs from your event. Once the flowers are recreated, I can preserve them in resin to create a keepsake inspired by your original flowers.
Some flower varieties may be seasonal, discontinued, or unavailable, but I'll work with you to find the closest possible substitutions while staying true to the look and feeling of your original arrangement.
Additional flower costs will apply depending on the flowers needed for your recreation.
Yes! Many silk and artificial flowers can be preserved in resin to create a beautiful, dimensional keepsake. If your wedding bouquet or other meaningful arrangement was made with artificial flowers, you can still have those flowers incorporated into a custom resin piece.
Because artificial flowers can be made from different fabrics, dyes, adhesives, and materials, I recommend letting me know what you'd like preserved so I can determine whether your flowers are suitable for resin.
Absolutely! If your bouquet contains a combination of fresh and silk flowers, I can often preserve them together in the same resin keepsake. I will professionally dry the fresh flowers before designing your piece, while the silk flowers can be incorporated alongside them.
Keep in mind that fresh and silk flowers may look slightly different once they are preserved in resin, but combining them allows you to keep the flowers that were actually part of your original bouquet or arrangement.
Yes! In addition to your flowers, I can often incorporate meaningful items into your custom resin keepsake, such as ribbon, jewelry, charms, pendants, photos, lace, or other small sentimental pieces from your wedding, memorial, or special occasion.
Because every keepsake is custom, what can be included will depend on the size, material, and design of the item, as well as the resin piece you choose. If you have something special you'd like included, let me know before sending it and I'll help determine whether it can safely be incorporated into your design.
Not every flower will fit in every preservation piece. Flowers vary greatly in size and shape, so the keepsake you choose will help determine which blooms from your bouquet or arrangement can be used.
For example, a full-size rose is generally too large for a ring holder, while a smaller spray rose or other petite flower may fit beautifully. Smaller pieces such as ornaments, coasters, jewelry dishes, and ring holders may require smaller or flatter flowers.
Larger flowers, such as king protea and some oversized blooms, may need to be carefully trimmed or modified to fit within certain resin shapes.
If you have a particular flower that is especially meaningful to you, let me know before choosing your preservation piece. I can help you select a size and shape that will showcase it beautifully.
Yes! I can use small pieces of your preserved flowers to create beautiful, wearable keepsakes. Flower preservation jewelry is a meaningful way to keep a little piece of your wedding bouquet, memorial flowers, or other special flowers close to you.
I offer several jewelry options, including necklaces, earrings, and other small keepsakes. Because jewelry pieces are small, I carefully select petals and tiny floral details from your flowers that will work best for the piece you choose.
Jewelry can also be a beautiful option when you'd like to create multiple keepsakes from the same flowers for family members or loved ones.
Yes! Once your flowers are dried and ready to design, I'll create a layout for your preservation piece and send you a photo to review before your flowers are placed in resin.
You'll have the opportunity to request reasonable changes to the arrangement before giving your final approval. Because dried flowers are delicate, I limit repeated handling and rearranging to help protect them from damage.
For smaller keepsakes, such as ring holders and certain jewelry pieces, a design preview may not be available due to their size and the way they are created.
Most flower preservation pieces are completed within 4–8 weeks (approximately 1–2 months) after I receive your flowers.
Flower preservation is a detailed, multi-step process that includes carefully drying your flowers, designing your keepsake, receiving your design approval, pouring the resin, and allowing it to fully cure. Because every piece is custom, turnaround times may vary depending on the size and complexity of your order.
I’ll keep you updated throughout the process, and you’ll have the opportunity to review and approve your floral design before I pour the resin.
No two flowers preserve exactly the same, and some natural changes in color and appearance should be expected during the preservation process.
I carefully dry your flowers in silica gel to help retain as much of their original shape, size, and color as possible. Some flowers preserve very close to their fresh appearance, while others naturally become lighter, darker, or change tone as they dry and are placed in resin. For example, red roses may deepen to burgundy, while some white flowers may develop cream or ivory tones.
Your flowers may also have small bruises, spots, or imperfections from your wedding day, handling, or shipping. These aren't always visible while the flowers are fresh but can sometimes become more noticeable during preservation.
These natural variations are part of preserving your actual flowers and the story they carry, making every finished keepsake truly one of a kind.
Yes. Because flowers are natural materials, some gradual color change over time is normal, even after they have been professionally dried and preserved. Certain flower varieties and colors may fade, deepen, or change tone more than others.
Resin can also naturally develop a slight amber tone as it ages. I use high-quality resin and carefully preserve each piece to help maintain its beauty for as long as possible, but no resin can be guaranteed to remain completely crystal clear forever.
To help protect your keepsake, I recommend displaying it away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat, and high humidity.
These natural changes are part of preserving real flowers, but with proper care, your resin flower keepsake can remain a beautiful reminder of your wedding, memorial, or special occasion for many years to come.
Your resin flower keepsake is designed to be enjoyed for years to come, and a little care will help keep it looking its best.
Display your piece away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat, and high humidity, as these can contribute to changes in the resin and the natural colors of your preserved flowers over time.
To clean your keepsake, gently wipe it with a soft, lint-free or microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh household cleaners, abrasive materials, or chemicals that could scratch or damage the resin surface.
Most importantly, choose a special place where you can enjoy your preserved flowers and the memories they hold every day.

We will forever cherish the beautiful resin memorial Tricia created for our baby. The way she preserved the delicate flowers alongside our little one’s hand and foot impressions was nothing short of sacred. Seeing our baby’s name so lovingly displayed brought both tears and comfort, it felt like a gentle reminder that their memory will always be with us. I cannot say enough good things about Tricia, she has such a talent for all things flowers!! She’s done flower crowns for both my high school and college graduation caps, and she also preserved my wedding bouquet in resin- it is one of my favorite keepsakes from my wedding day. The quality of her arrangements are outstanding! She is a great communicator, and tailored my questions and requests beautifully into the final product. She is professional, thorough, talented, and most of all so so so kind.

My son passed away unexpectedly and I wanted some flowers to keep forever. Tricia was wonderful to work with and made several beautiful pieces for me to remember my son. He loved to hide ninjas for his cousins and she was able to incorporate these small toys into the flowers. Absolutely beautiful !!!! Great for memories and to keep flowers forever!
Zoey
I met Tricia the owner of Buds Blooms and Blossoms at a bridal expo up in Logan last year. She had so many beautiful examples of her work. When I got sealed at the temple I wanted to keep my flowers forever as a reminder of that beautiful day. Tricia was amazing with ever step of the way. She arranged the flowers and gave me a few designs to pick from. Once the resin was ready she shipped it and it arrived quickly. I love how beautiful it turned out and it’s a beautiful addition to my wedding picture table.
